Ethiopia is located in the Horn of Africa between the Tropic of Cancer and the Equator.

An area of considerable size, which concentrates an incredible variety of ethnic groups (83 languages  are spoken) the official language is Amharic. Everything tastes really old ... perhaps unique in the world!
       
The idea of this new proposal of Progettoavventura: ETHIOPIA WILD BIKE is to connect  Addis Ababa (political capital)  to Lalibela (spiritual capital) through the old road that crosses Ethiopia from its centre to the north.

During the 10 stages and 600 km of  bike ride of this journey we will cross the largest plateau of Africa, which, from the Red Sea to the great valley of the Nile, watch the lowlands that surround it, from its ten thousand feet.

It's a perfect place to go ride the mountain bike.

In the classic style of the "traveler" we  will camp on the banks of rivers or near small villages, crossing huge and tall canyons.

This country, considered one of the five poorest in the world, will leave for the beauty of the place and the pride of his people, an indelible mark in our hearts.
